Hand fabricated, hammered disc earrings in sterling silver and 18K yellow gold with mulit-colored sapphires and brilliant diamonds
 
Dimensions: 11.5mm disc diameter, 7/8" Length (from top of ear wire)
Diamond TCW: .02ct
Sapphire TCW: .42ct
